Is Personal Training separate from the gym membership? Yes training is an additional fee. Checks should be made out to the trainer, not to the gym.

I don't know what to do. Can you show me? Yes, Equipment Orientations are included with the gym membership fee. If you would like to schedule an Equipment Orientation please see the front desk.

How do I cancel my contract? To cancel your contract please email your cancellation notice to: LifestylesFitnessTrainer@yahoo.com. After we receive your notice it will take 30 days, per contract agreement, to cancel your contract. There WILL be one more payment that does come out during the 30 day wait.

Do I need to return my access key if I cancel? Yes, please return the gym access key back to the gym at the end of your 30 day cancellation process.

Do you give discounts? Yes - 10% discount to Military, Teachers, Law Enforcement, College Students and Seniors age 65 & up.

Can I Freeze My Contract? - You may freeze your contract for up to 3 months. Contact Pam at the email address above to 'Freeze' your account for up to 3 months. 

Can I come in and workout at any time as a walk-in? No, walk-ins are only allowed during the Front Desk/Office Hours. Please see 'Hours of Operation'.
